Here we are, 1.5 months after the financing was anticipated to close and no word. Well, I don't know about you guys, but obviously something is wrong here. Management is obviously being jerked around by the so callled investors. First the rumoured 35% CVR, now somewhere around 50% CVR, or more? Didn't our esteemed managment have a plan B, or is it that they are being complicit? Seriously.

I mean, we've known the debt was due for a long time, why the last minute blitz. Get the job done already.

Or find out how the market demand is for an equity financing? If we are getting raped anyway by the new investors, screw the debt all together, issue a billion shares at 12 cents or 1.2 billion at 10 cents and get it over with. Even with a meagre settlement of $400 million, we'd still be able to get out with $0.25 as opposed to zero, and we wouldn't have to be over a barrel all the time.

Management, do what you've been paid to do. Enough already.
