Okay, I am going to sound stupid here but so be it.

Can someone explain the mechanics of an award/settlement to someone that has not gone throught it?

If KRY settles tomorrow or get's an award will I open my on-line account and my KRY account value will instantly be higher? Could it dip immeditaley if people sell? Will it be halted?

Is there some other mechanism at play here?

In other words, is there any difference between what could happen with a settlement/award in comparison to, hpothetically speaking, the stock being halted on news 4 years ago, idiot awarding the permit, and then the stock opening much higher?

Does my question make sense????
