I think it is a good question.

I'm assuming that if there was a settlement or award tomorrow the stock would be halted pending news before any announcement. Even if the whole 3.8 billion was deposited into our account the only difference in share price will be what people are willing to pay so your account won't show any difference until a trade actually goes through.

The market will determine what our share price will be. That will be dictated by whether actually have the cash vs a judgement. Many believe that even if we are awarded a fair settlement Kry won't be able to collect. If we have cash our price will be higher than a judgement.

There are lots of companies that trade at a value lower than actual cash reserves.

Our price won't simply be how much we get divided by shares but with either a judgement, award or even announcement of financing our price will rise.
