Why did no_bear claim RM told him the PP was oversubscribed? RM has put in writing that he has never said this. no_bear either lied or RM is lying - either way that is too important to just ignore. no_bear knew the impact his post would have on other longs.

No lie, but I did mis-speak by using that term at the time. Indeed what RM said was that the express interest was in excess of the offering. That was cleared up some time ago by Cividale. As I understand as of last week firm commitments for the full $120 million had not yet been achieved but the company continues to work on reaching that level.

I have a far greater stake in the company than you do, however, I will not post any further information here until after the conclusion of the offering, as you and others seem to have an agenda of failure.
