Now that we know "the paperwork" excuse for the delay IS, B.S. and most of us feel "bankrupcy" is the way to go, how do we kill the Private Placement fiasco, file for "bankrupcy", change the Management to one that has a personal investment in the company and one that is also beneficial to shareholders.

Should this get accomplished, I believe we can expect to receive fair treatment from the Canadian Courts to protect shareholder interests until the ICSID arbitration settlement. The Noteholders would be paid off in full plus interest accrued.

Remeber, our Management was willing to sell us out, first to the Cjinese, and now to loan sharks.

It is time for action!
