i think these questions will be answered by people a lot smarter than me. the important thing is kry now has a little breathing room. deal from a position of strength, instead of having terms shoved down our throats, which were obviously unacceptable to management and most posters here. who knows how this plays out, but i would rather deal with the canadian legal system than the lunacy in venezuela.
