from the various articles out there it looks like exxon has a couple arbitrations with different outfits at the same time?? first i've heard of this, leave it to the big boys...

so they get $750mil awarded from ICC. what happens when ICSID rules?? the whole thing seems fishy...

according to ICC website they seem more like a "for profit" dispute resolution type outfit..i wonder if exxon actually settled with venezuela? in the long run i would think 2 judgements would not help...either side could point to the one that works best for them..
