Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
I think, with regard to the total $900+ million award, there were certain set offs for amounts already paid and/or cancellation of certain debts owed by Exxon. Thus, the $255 million may be the net cash owed after taking those into consideration. I think I read something along those lines. But like I said, it really doesn't matter one way or the other to us as each case is distinct. IMO, it is a foolish endeavor to attempt to analogize, relate or compare this to KRY's arbitration.
