It's 2012. I suggest you take a look at your behavior on the board. Some of these posts are just silly. The debates on could have, would have, should have. The speculation on the settlement or award amounts. Humor yourself thinking my head is in the sand. Nothing funny about this play. I've said all along, no one to blame but myself. I'm in until the end. Hoping for the best but understand it doesn't look great. I've tried to refrain from posting because of posters like you who have to resort to childish behavior. My suggestion for you....grow up!
