lk, it seems that when someone posts a theory or fact that does'nt paint a rosy picture then that post is "silly" or apples and oranges"... we've all been down this road before and personanally i dont see a reason to continue it. nothing we post here is going to change kry's f'd up situation... if you dont like an opinion or article then ignore it or refute it.

personally it wont suprise me if the bondholders get everything very quickly and settle with venezuela....making all of this mute... but assuming kry pulls one off it's good to have a realistic view of what might happen.

with regard to my "apples and oranges" 5 year speculation on kry's icsid case (and if this 2013 hearing will be "the final hearing". here's exxon/mobil case history (exxon is arguably the most powerful company in the world) and thier case is now over 4 years old. assuming kry's case continues in icsid what would make it happen faster than all the rest?..most icsid cases involving venezuela seem to have a similar summary.
