I'm not sure why it is so hard to understand there is a big difference between understanding something and condoning it. I have never said I agree with what the note holders are doing, I said I understand it.

There are many forms of investing. It would be naive to think everyone has the same morals and ethics. For every person buying stock and wanting the company to do well there are many others who short the stock hoping the company fails. That is the way things work.

Do some research on QVT. They are doing with what they do best.

I find the notion that because I understand the note holders I'm all about hurting other people offensive when if you look at the post I have linked you to you will see that is far from the truth.
