I think he has served himself well with this company. He has not owned any shares besides his free options. He has no personal stake in the company and has obtained a nice salary and if not money directly from the equity raisings he at least made money for his friends and business associates.
I agree that he could not have obtained the permits and he has tried his best. I have been in litigation for 30 years and I believe he should have pulled the trigger on the lawsuit much earlier. Hugo would not do anything untill he has a gun to his head and the bullet is on its way. You can not negotiate with three year olds or terrorists. I don't know which one Hugo is- maybe a little of both. Other than that I agree with your statement.
