Your continuous "be aware" comment is quite funny. We are in bankruptcy but you want everyone to continually "Be Aware". Good for you but, I would say that your "Be Aware" is more fitting of "fairly straightforward and obvious" than you applying to my factual post with links. I guess you think people here are ignorant and need you to tell them to "Be Aware".
