I don't disagree with the pessimisic outlook, I am willing to look at both sides risk/reward equally. I have been wondering about your #2 point most of the day.

2. We don't know if the previous bond holders will challenge this proposed DIP financing deal in court.

Does the PR announcement of DIP funding yesterday even justify a response from the bondholders or does this PR and financing deal need to be published on the E&Y site for it to be considered a legal schmegal financing arrangement?

Anyone?
