Did any of us really expect any better than this? If the court approves this plan and we are able to move forward with arbitration and a possible settlement, then I am actually very pleased. Something is better than nothing at this point and I just want out of this nightmare. Also, these numbers are actually better than the speculation regarding the note refinance last year.
