Sure hope for a better deal also FK. The fact that 35M has been offered by Tenor suggests to me that there could be more entities out there that think this ISCID case has merit and is winnable. There is time for more offers other than the one presented and the Judge could have offers other than just one from the bondholders to weigh at the hearing. I'm sure whatever we end up with will be the best offer tendered.

Sp starting to climb on spec now, news slowly getting out, low volume but I think there is an expectation of financing and value, risk diminishing. This is better news and visibility than we have had for 2 years.
