I'll take a 1/3 of 3.8 billion

Say 1.266 billion. The 266 million will pay off the note holders, chinese and tenor debt with about 150 million to spare.

lets take it down to an even billion leaving us shareholders about 550 million or $1.50 a share. thats even giving RF and the boys a full 10% of the last $300 million.
