I will take $1.50 in a heartbeat, for any sophisticate hedge fund to invest 36 mil in Crystallex at this point they have to recognize a strong case, they could come out with a very very nice profit for their gamble along with squeezing everything they can get with our backs against the wall, as for management they are fully aware that without them on board chances of winning diminish so they to squeeze and the poor unsecured bondholder tried to squeeze but appears have no case, we will see what the judge decides with what's proposed looks like a done deal, think if any of us were in that position we will all be ah squeezing
