Here is the part that bothers me, if I understand the recent documents. For sake of argument, let's say that we clear $500 million after the DIP, noteholders, etc. are paid off. Let's also say that it takes two years. The compensation bonus pool will be $50 million dollars and the commission panel will have the discretion to distribute any or all of it to this group that continue on with this process. $50 million?? Serious?? This is to assure the DIP that the key people stay until the end. If I understand this correctly, then this is pathetic at the very least. I would guess that even if you DOUBLED everyone's salary during this process that it wouldn't come near the 10% that is proposed. Am I understanding this arrangement correctly?
