Ten percent doesn't bother me as much as the sudden dropoff in percent of award at $700 M. This is troubling.

When structuring an incentive program, 10% period or a gradual increase in percentage dependent on the size of the award makes sense. This reverse incentive doesn't pass the smell test.

My guess is Freshfields has advised that $600 M to $700 M is the most likely outcome.
