Lol,
So, now we've gone from criticizing the evil/greedy noteholders to criticizing the evil/greedy managment. In my opinion, they're all evil when it comes to taking my money from me. What makes all these people so entitled to money that myself and other shareholders have invested. Oh ya, we're the bottom rung on the ladder, we're lucky to get anything at all, right?
Once again, we have the two extremes here, the noteholders who want it all on one side, and the DIP investors and managment who want it all for themselves.
My guess is we'll finish somewhere in the middle. And CJR, you're not the only one who thinks this whole process between managment, tenor, and the noteholders seems too wink, wink, nudge, nudge. They are all putting on a good 'show'. I have a feeling the terms of the debt rollover were pretty much decided on a while back, now its just to be decided how much each side can get. I have a feeling, if at the end of all this, shareholders get $1.00-$1.50, then us shareholders will lick our wounds and move on.
At the end of the day, i feel management will not get 10% of the award, they are just aiming high now, hoping to get 5%. I can't see a judge flat out approving that 10% number, after all, how is that friendly to the shareholders Fung seems to care so much about.
Whatever.
