I have been watching this for a while, and have read all of the recent goings-on (from the Ernst & Young website). I saw the part of the Monitor's report that talked about the company missing the filing of its annual financial statements, and applying to the Ontario Securities Commission for a "Management Cease Trade Order" in lieu of a "General" CTO. I googled this, and found "National Policy 12-203" on the OSC website. Check it out -- Part 4 in particular. Sounds to me like Crystallex doesn't meet "all" of the tests there (and that's what is says, "all"), and that a "General" CTO might be coming. I don't know what this means, but I don't like the sound of it.
