The only update of importance right now is the appeal decision. Written documents were submitted and oral arguments were presented. I was told that it could take a few days to weeks for the judge to give his decision. If the appeal is denied, then we should be in relatively good shape going forward......if you believe that the arbitration process will get the shareholders some return, which I do. Hopefully we will get a favorable judge's decision soon! Hang in there!
