Yes, the appeal was heard by a panel of Judges so the decision will take a little more time than just a single Judge. It was impressive how fast it was heard, so I think the court is mindful of the company's financial positon and it does not want Venzuela to prevail of the Canadian Company and its investors. I would expect an expediated decision as well.
