Crystallex International Corporation is a Canadian-based gold company with a successful record of developing and operating gold mines in Venezuela and elsewhere in South America
Yep, Opie, as well as the other insider Boyz, are sittin' pretty.
Seems all-good for the company. For shareholders, lots of not-so-good stuff in the MDA, also repeated in the financial filing... More Mouths to Feed - Gaining a designated director and two directors now turned advisory folks; To get out of CCAA there are ongoing "Negotiations" for a Plan of Arrangement/Compromise with Bondies - likely leading to more give-away; Tenor gets "Class A" shares. Suspicious of whom "Class B" shares are reserved for.
In the mean time, I'm guessing management will claim they are working hard for shareholders on their delinquent Quarterlies, to justify their salaries. Not so sure it will get the stock back on the TSX because, according to the C&D Dept., the company would have to resume operations under their OLR, which is substantially different than their current and ongoing situation. Lack of liquidity is not exactly shareholder/stuckholder friendly to Canadian holders. Additionally, the CCAA Judge's endorsement cancelling the AGM pretty well says where the court stands concerning shareholders.
Essentially, the recent filings are good news to shareholders because they provide disclosure.
Much more so than the, "monitor."
