It's not merely the fact that the shareholders are being raped, it's the brazenness with which the rape is taking palce. I blame the judge and/or the monitor for not protecting the shareholders and not seeing that oversight is in place to prevents conduct like this. Both the judge and the monitor have this responsibility and it doesn't end when a Plan of Arrenagement has been approved.

As to the monitor, the OSB (Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy) is responsible for recording and investigating complaints concerning the conduct of monitors. I suggest that it would be worthwhile for us to individaully start filing complaints and get someone's attention. Here is the contact information:
