In or out of the ICSID I think Venezuela will do what it has always done: drag it out as long as possible and/or pay pennies on the dollar for their theft.

And I think the idea that the World Bank is somehow going to squeeze out the equivilent of $8 a share out of Venezuela is nuts.

No one (on our behalf) is going to hijack Vennie oil tankers on the high seas or Citgo for that matter.

And I don't believe any country is going to divert oil payments due to Venezuela and put them in our pockets instead to pay off "Hugo's Debt" to us. Because if they do so they know Venezuela will never sell them another drop of cheap oil.

Please show me a historical pattern of companies using the World Bank to successfully seize the assets from a country like Venezuela to pay off a debt anywhere close to the initial claim.

If KRY survives long enough (don't forget MO's lunch bill of $30k a month) to get a settlement then I think we can expect pennies on the dollar. And, with the settlement-payout structure the way it is, we shareholders will get the crumbs.

As always, I hope I'm wrong about all this but so far.......
