That is the whole point. As long as Kry is attempting to find a comprimise with the noteholders the judge will continue to extend the date. I don't see Kry offering any compromise including a percentage of the award. They will talk about a less than full principle and interest. they will talk about full principle and existing interest rate and they will talk about full payment and higher interest rate. I simply can't see any reason to offer part of the award.

The judge has already said that the fairest way for everyone is by reaching a settlement or receiving and award. He has already said that what the noteholders want is not justified. It doesn't matter that the noteholders want a piece or than VZ doesn't want to pay us. As long as we keep moving forward things will unfold in our favour.
