I can't think of any plausible reason the judge would have to not extend the stay.

From somewhat recent current events, the Sept. 11, 2012 court order:

"THIS COURT ORDERS that Applicant's undertaking to deliver a with-prejudice proposal for a plan of compromise or arrangement under the CCAA is extended to October 11, 2012."

I'm no expert, but appears to read like Neubold wants the Compromise/Arrangement done.
