It should be noted JJ that interest on outstanding debt to noteholders IS considered a plan of compromise. That interest percentage can be negotiated. Based on previous statements of the judge(s) I believe that this action by Crystallex will be enough and too bad if the noteholders want more. We don't have long to wait to find this out.
