Venezuela never will offer a settlement if it appears KRY is running out of money, and they have done their best to bankrupt us. Now, other than making motions to delay precedings, Venezuela is done damaging us. IMO we win the ISCID case and get a good reward like 1B, but we have to get there. There was a lot of compaining that Fung waited too long to file with the ISCID and now he must cut expenses back enough to sustain us thru the decision/award. Deals for more money from Tenor or Bondies for a bigger piece of the award will be the result of his inaction. Now it seems our chance of making it outa here alive is up to the BOD.
