What if the "key" players who now work for the shareholders refuse to work for the bondholders? Let's say, hypthetically, the key player move on to other jobs ( or move out to another country and untouchable) or simply refuse to cooperate. how good is Tenor's arbitration case now. Don't we have some clout there? Just wondering.
