Nothing but a WAG here. I would think that CITIC would push Venezuela to settle before development. When KRY was figuring how much money to borrow to last until the award it did not seem enough especially now at the pace they are spending. Do they "know" something we do not? Probably. I hope what they "know" is not "shareholders are going to get #&CK^D!". With this stock, volume always seems to proceed some announcement or news. Is this volume as of late just speculation or hedging or just normal market conditions? I have no idea. I appreciate this board. Thanks.
