Is there any chance that Ven is involved with the Bondies? 100 million investment to obtain control of a company is a lot cheaper than a 4.3 billion award.

I've brought this question up for debate in the past but had no bites... Happy to see you bring up the same hypothesis.

Frankly it would not surprise me as the greed from the bondies side is insatiable to say the least.. Their strategy speaks for itself...
