Top of the morning Civi. Just a comment on your "lost future profits" thoughts. Sometime ago I was talking to Doug B. of Gold Reserve about their ICSID claim against VZ. I used the term "lost profits" and he was quick to state that their claim was based on present value of the project. What it would take for a current company to step in and buy Gold Reserve's postion on the project. In other words, an example might be---someone wrongfully takes your home away from you and it's worth $300 thousand dollars. You sue them for $300 thousand.
