Todd, there was a disagreement here on the Agoracom board in early December. Instead of settling things privately, certain current members asked GT (agoracom administration) to have a long time well respected member banned. There were many posts that you may be able to access using the term double standard.

When the long time member asked GT to remove him from the forum (you will have to ask him why but it seemed like it was out frustration) many members were upset because they believed he was a great source for factual information dealing with international arbitration.

Osmo was upset about what happened and decided that he would start a new board so people could keep updated on the ISCID process by those who had relevant information. I am a member of that board as well as this one.

There isn't posting of jokes, pictures of women or other things that have no relevance to the Crystallex ISCID case. The majority of the posts deal directly with information that I want to know.
