Crystallex-Tenor goes dark and plays games, so shareholders have to play games?
C'mon JJ, you know darn well that this eleventh hour mystery holder backroom gathering of stock board pm info, for an attorney to bring to this well-along CCAA is a bit unusual. Neubold reviewing pm info of "claimed" shares owned? Ok, maybe. But, there are official CSA/SEC channels through which shareholders can be contacted, if this were on the level. Having your vested interest and supporting this game of mystery makes those participants just as bad as those who lost people a lot of money and pumped this play in the first place. At the very least, this plays games with people's hopes and dreams.
Not saying the idea is wrong. I do not ask the pointed questions because I am afraid, or any of your other misleading insinuations. The means at which this is taking in order to get to some purported end seems flawed, and people need to think about what is going on here. But, I would be very happy to be wrong about this. So, who knows, maybe something will come of it.
