And what's your opinion of Rusoro? I know they're not talking to CITIC about selling research like GRZ is, but it has a market cap 1/20th the size and is suing for 50% more. It's financial situation is worse and a good chunk of the award would go to Calunius, but the impact on the equity would be substantially higher than in the GRZ case.

Isn't it worth a flier? Especially short term as a derivative play on GRZ.
