My question to you was about your statement "Why would GRZ be awarded anything given the precedent set with Crystallex?"

Posting about Infinito or Vannessa Ventures doesn't answer what precedent set with Crystallex?

I'm not going into their case or that of GRZ and Rusoro. There has been no case that has been brought to conclusion between VZ and KRY so I ask again what precedent?
