JC, I don't think anyone here ever thought CCAA was a good thing for commons. It did seem like a better option at the time when rogue noteholders wanted to eliminate all shareholder value. It was that position that drove many to embrace Tenor. Shareholders, Newbould and everyone else was sold a bill of goods when Fung supported for Tenor to be the lender.

It was a matter of the eveil we knew vs the evil we didn't.
