As a person who has attended shareholder meetings I can attest that average shareholders had no say. All our questions at the meetings were answered but many were answered with that information is private or sensitive and can't be disclosed.

You are correct IMO that until an award was announced there was nothing for shareholders. Now that the award far exceeds the debt shareholders definately need a voice. Had we not been sold down the river with giving away a large part of the award, we could have paid off all debt and been sitting on a pile of cash.

Not sure what the final total will be on how much tenor has loaned but if it is say 50 million and Fung had raised that prior to CCAA protection we wouldn't be in this position.

Luckily Newbould has given shareholders an opportunity to be part of the process now. Hopefully most will benefit from it.
