Here is my theory. Fung et al want to get rid of us not because of the $196M we would get but because as long as we have our finger in the pie they cannot do anything without us. They want to get rid of us so they have total control so then they can make deals with Vez at a lower acceptable rate. I'm sure if push came to shove they woulds be very happy with $1B cash offer for peanuts investment. Right now they are stuck with us.
We want and will fight for our proper share.
You may be correct. I don't trust management or Tenor. At least with a seat at the table we get a say with the judge about any dealing they try and pull off.
I will wait until I speak to Gowlings about what they think before using any figures like 30%. I want my fair share just like everyone else. It is up to Gowlings and the committee to figure out what that figure might be. Fung had fiduciary duty to all shareholders and I would want Gowlings to get all the unredacted documents to see whose best interest Fung was serving.
