Was there a court order requiring opt-in? Since the opt-in motion was denied, can't the Moving Parties proceed any way they choose and represent all shareholders so all can benefit?

I believe it was an Opt Out motion that was fought against by all the people at the trough and it was denied forcing Gowling to go the Opt In route.

Not sure if it will include all shareholders or just those opting In. Tough to have it both ways. Fight against the opt out which would have contacted everyone so they could make their own decision on whether they want to be part of it or represent all shareholders like you mentioned so everyone can benefit even though they have not opted in.

I want all shareholders to benefit if possible but certainly don't like the concept where those who don't opt in and give up a small percentage fund those who are willing to sit by and watch other do the work.

JC are you thinking that even though you no longer have any shares you can get a payday without being part of the action? Not sure if that is possible.

Since there is still nothing on the web site we will have to wait until Monday to know for sure.
