It says right on the Gowling site there will be a contingency agreement. No where it assumed a free ride. These guys are trying to help in a good way JC. Will it work? Only time will tell. I hope some common sense rules in the decision making by the courts and ittakes into account the gross injustice and greed in this whole thing. Got to admit it's worth a try, no?
