It has taken so much longer than anyone would have guessed to get the opt-in. Gowlings has dropped the ball on the communication end of this. I'm very hopeful that the opt in agreement will be sent out sooner than later. When I was contacted they required proof of share ownership so if you have only sent in the number shares you have you will probably have to do what the rest of us here did.
