The opt in process will eventually happen. The committee and lawyers have been working towards getting into court to make their case so despite the delay in getting everyone signed up it won't delay the court action.

There are many moving parts that need to be aligned before moving forward. Having everything in place before going in front of Neubold will strengthen our case. I'm guessing Fung and the boys have been less than helpful sharing information to help shareholders.
