Yes and no. To many scenarios here. Let's wait and see if an award is collected. We have a committee and the opt-ins will decide at that time if we accept an offer from Crystallex or go into further litigation if Gowlings is no longer "free" with just the percentage. Someone here stated a while back that "we don't want to throw good money at bad". Then that will be the line we cross or not. Heck, the committee could get exhausted as well, or Crystallex could get into [if awarded] another play...like Walnut Juice. ify
