jimmijazz: Did you have objections to the DIP loans? What did you do at the time? It seems there are a lot of people offering misleading advice - no doubt Tenor fell for the same spiel that others did from Fung and from lawyers - but speak to someone who you know spoke with Tenor at the time e.g. Justin.
