I had issues with the DIP loan at the time and spoke to two different groups associated with the current case. Both lied to me. I doubt Tenor fell for anything. With Fung now openly working for Tenor they are the same.

You can suggest talking to anyone you want. The only information I'm interested in will be heard after people are sworn in under oath. That doesn't mean they won't lie but atleast there are penalties for lying.

Probably the only thing Tenor didn't plan for was shareholders finally saying enough is enough.
