Court Approval of Settlement Agreement Between Crystallex and Venezuela

A a court session scheduled for tomorrow, Naov. 24, a motion for approval of a settlement agreement between Crystallex and Venezuela will be approved. The terms of the agreement are under seal. Yet there is a lot of additional information in the CCAA Monitor Earnst & Young under the CCAA Motion folder (link below)

APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT 3. THIS COURT ORDERS that the Applicant is authorized and empowered to enter into the Contract of Transaction and Settlement dated November 15, 2017 between the Applicant and The Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (“Venezuela”) (together with all annexes and schedules thereto, the “Settlement Agreement”) in the form filed under seal, and summarized in the Near Affidavit.
